Sirloin Steak with Mushrooms

Sirloin Steak with Mushrooms

Ingredients:
-5 oz grass-fed sirloin steak
-6 oz brown sliced mushrooms
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp pepper
-1/2 tsp garlic powder or minced garlic

Instructions:
Start by heating up your grill on high heat. Prepare the steak by seasoning with salt and pepper on both sides. Before cooking the steak, start the mushrooms. In a nonstick pan, place your mushrooms adding a half inch of water and place on medium high heat. As your mushrooms begin to cook they will become more watery. Keep cooking until all the water is cooked off and right before this point, add salt, pepper and garlic powder/minced garlic. Once your grill is nice and hot, cook steak for 3-4 minutes on each side (depending on depth and how well you like it cooked)   This will create a medium/raw cooked steak. Let rest for as long as you cooked it. Now it’s time to enjoy!
