Ingredients:
 -8 oz ground turkey burger
 -1/4 bunch cilantro
 -1 head broccoli
 -1/2 tsp onion powder
 -2 tsp salt
 -2 tsp pepper
Instructions:
 Start by preheating your oven to 400 then and chop your cilantro. First construct your turkey burgers, adding salt, pepper and onion powder, then cilantro. Once pattied, start cooking in a non stick skillet over medium high heat and cook for 5 minutes on each side. When finished, pop on baking sheet and into oven for 10-12 minutes (this is to cook the fatter burgers through without burning them). Take your frozen broccoli and add to a skillet on the stove top over medium heat. Slowly stir and add salt and pepper. After 6-8 minutes your broccoli should be colorful and tender.
