Ingredients:
- 5 oz lean ground beef
- 1/4 chopped green cabbage
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 1 beefsteak tomato
- 1/2 cup low sodium beef broth
- 1 tbsp Paco’s Taco’s seasoning
- 1 tsp himalayan pink sea salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Instructions:
Start by cooking your ground beef in a skillet on the stove top. Season with Paco’s Taco seasoning, salt and pepper then set aside when cooked through. Chop your cabbage, orange bell pepper and tomato. Place your cabbage in pan on stove top and add beef broth. Cook on high for 5-8 minutes until cabbage is tender. Next add your peppers and tomatoes and cook for an addition 5 minutes. Make sure to season the mixture with salt, pepper and more Paco’s Taco’s seasoning. Add your beef, let warm in pan then dig in! Add avocado if in Phase 1.
