Approved for Phase 2, this apple dish offers great tastes with a wide array of warm seasonings!
Ingredients:
- 1 Apple
- 2 Tablespoons of Water
- 1 Tablespoon of Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons of Unsweetened Applesauce
- 1 Teaspoon of Parsley
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Basil
- 1/4 Teaspoon of Rosemary
- 1/4 Teaspoon of Onion Flakes
- 1/4 Teaspoon of Minced Garlic
Instructions:
- Heat water in skillet over med-high heat.
- Chop apples into bite sized pieces and add to skillet.
- Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until apples start to soften.
- Whisk together spices, applesauce, and vinegar then add to skillet and stir until apples are evenly coated.
- Cover and cook another 2 minutes.
