Ingredients:
– 5oz beef of choice (you can buy it pre sliced at Trader Joe’s!)
– 5 oz broccoli
– 2 tbsp coconut aminos
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp onion powder
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1 tsp pepper
– 1/2 chopped green onion
– 1/2 cup beef broth
– toasted and black sesame seeds
Instructions:
Start by cooking your beef in your instant pot, add 1/2 cup broth with salt and pepper then cook on high pressure for 6 minutes. If you don’t have a pressure cooker simply just brown in a pan on the stove top for 4-5 minutes. Once instant pot is finished releasing, let sit in warm pot until broccoli is halfway cooked. If using the stovetop method, next add broccoli to non stick skillet and cook until broccoli is becoming tender. Add coconut aminos and seasonings and continue to stir. Once broccoli is tender or cooked to your preference, remove and place in bowl. Then add chopped chives and sesame seeds for garnish and a little extra crunch! Next, enjoy!
