Bison Meatball Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 oz grass fed bison
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup franks hot sauce
Instructions
- Take your bison and season with salt and pepper. Then form into small cubes.
- With your nonstick pan, turn heat to medium high and let the pan get hot.
- Next place your bites on the pan and turn every 2 minutes to cook each side.
- When finished, pour your Franks on top and enjoy! (Tip: let your Franks warm to room temperature so it doesn’t cool down your hot bison!)
