Buffalo Chicken Chopped Salad Recipe

Chicken
- 2 Boneless chicken breasts (cooked and cut into chunks)
- 1/2 cup Franks Hot sauce
Salad
- 1 Head of lettuce (Chopped)
- 1 cup Carrots (Shredded)
- 1 cup Celery (Chopped)
- 1 Cucumber (Chopped)
- 1 Avocado (Diced)
- 1 cup Tomatoes (Diced)
- 1/2 cup Blue cheese crumbles
Dressing
- 1 cup Primal Kitchen ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup Franks Hot Sauce sauce
Instructions
- In a small bowl, add chicken and buffalo sauce. Mix together until chicken is coated with sauce.
- In a large bowl, add lettuce, carrots, celery, cucumber, avocado, tomatoes and blue cheese. Toss together until well combined.
- Mix ranch dressing and buffalo sauce in a small bowl or jar. Serve dressing on the side.
