Chia Pudding with Fruit Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 oz liquid coconut milk or almond milk
- 1/4 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1/8 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh fruit or berries, such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, mangoes, and/or peaches
Instructions
- Stir together the liquid, yogurt, and vanilla.
- Stir in the chia seeds.
- Cover with foil; chill overnight.
- Spoon fruit evenly over pudding in bowl.
