Ingredients:
2 cups riced cauliflower
5 oz chicken breast cut into chunks
1/2 cup chopped chives
3 tbsp @bragglivefoodproductsCoconut aminos
2 tbsp hot sauce of choice sugar and sodium free
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions:
Cook chicken breast for 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees. When done cut into chunks. Place your cauliflower rice in a non stick pan with a small splash of water. Cook for about 5 minutes and cauliflower rice will begin to soften. Add chicken, sauce and spices. Save a little bit of chives for garnish. Continue to mix constantly over medium heat for 5 minutes. Let simmer 5 additional minutes to burn off any extra liquid. Throw in a bowl, add chives, grab your chopsticks and enjoy!
