Ingredients:
1 egg
1/2 cup peanut or almond butter (or nut butter of your choice)
2 tbsp maple flavored stevia
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup almond flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350. In a large mixing bowl, combine all of your ingredients besides the almond flour. Once well combined, slowly add your almond flour until dough is formed. With a spoon or ice cream scooper, transfer your dough onto a cookie sheet to make 12 cookies (they do not expand much at all!). Then top with more flaky sea salt. Bake for 12-14 minutes, let cool then enjoy!
