Ingredients: (2 servings)
– 1 14oz can of unsweetened coconut milk
– 3 tbsp cacao powder
– 1/2 cup @lakanto monk fruit and erythritol sweater or 1/8th cup @sweetleafstevia
– @lilys_sweets sugar free dark chocolate chips for topping (optional)
Instructions:
In a blender mix your coconut milk, cacao and sweetener well. Next pour into ice cream maker and let churn for about 5-10 minutes. To make without ice cream maker, simply pour into bowl or dish and freeze for 1 – 1.5 hours. Just scoop out and enjoy once the preferred consistency is reached and top with chocolate chips!
