Farro Salad Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup Farro
- 1 Cucumber
- A few handfuls chopped cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Feta cheese
- 1/4 Red onion
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Dried parsley
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- Pinch of salt
- Juice from ½ lemon
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 tbsp Red wine vinegar
Instructions
- Cook farro according to directions on the bag.
- Rinse with cold water, drain, and mix in remaining ingredients.
