Ingredients:
1 medium zucchini
5 oz fresh shrimp
1 medium lemon
1 tsp fresh garlic or garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbs apple cider vinegar
Instructions:
Take your shrimp and season with garlic, salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice. Put aside to marinate. Take your medium zucchini and spiralize entirely. Put zoodles in a skillet over medium heat. Add 1 tbs apple cider vinegar and cover with lid to let the zoodles cook and get tender for 2-3 minute. There should be plenty of water in the pan from the zoodles. Add your shrimp to the mixture and season again with garlic, salt, pepper and lemon. Sauté everything in the pan- cooking shrimp 3-4 minutes each side. In 8 minutes the water should have cooled off and your dish is done. Strap on your bib and enjoy!
