Ingredients:
5oz ground chicken or lean ground beef
1 large yellow, red or orange bell pepper
~Taco Seasoning~
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp cayenne
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp dried cilantro
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp ground cumin
Instructions:
Mix all your seasonings together in a bowl and set aside (make extra to store for future use, if desired). In a non stick skillet over medium heat, add your ground beef or chicken to pan then sprinkle taco seasoning on meat and cook for 8-10 minutes until cooked through. Cut your pepper in quarters and place in the oven on broil for 3-4 minutes on each side. Let cool for a few moments then spoon in ground meat. Top with franks red hot and you’ve made it to the party!
