Lemon Raspberry Gummies

 

Ingredients:
– 1 cup fresh raspberries
– 1/4 cup grass fed gelatin
– Juice from 1/2 lemon
– Liquid sweetleaf stevia to taste

Instructions:
Start by squeezing the juice from 1/2 lemon into a bowl and add raspberries and mash well. You can also use a blender for form mixture. Put a sauce pan on the stove over medium heat and add your fruit. Slowly add gelatin and increase heat to medium/high. Turn off heat once mixture is combined well. Pour into molds or onto a baking sheet and slice into bite size pieces later. Let cool in fridge for one hour and you have yourself a lovely snack! .
