Ingredients:
- 4 oz chicken breast
- Pick your mix of veggies! Here we have yellow squash, carrots, broccoli, green bell pepper, water chestnut, green beans, peas and cauliflower rice. Whatever you have in the fridge will work!
- The sauce: 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp liquid aminos, hot sauce to taste, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp cayenne powder and salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
First cook your chicken breast by preferred way (oven, stove top, air fryer, ect.) and set aside. Next cook veggies. Place in a large pan on stove top and cook over medium high heat. Add about 1/3- 1 cup water and cover with lid. Stir and season veggies with salt and pepper until they become tender. Then add your chopped-into-chunks chicken breast and finally drizzle the sauce over the whole pan. Stir and cook for several minutes until everything is well combined. Violà, you have a new staple meal to your weeks recipes!
