Ingredients: (double/triple/quadruple to meal prep)
– 4 oz lean ground beef
– 1 large diced tomato
– 1.5 cup chopped cabbage
– 1/4th white onion, diced
– 1/2-1 cup low sodium beef broth
– 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
– 2 leafs basil, chopped
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tsp pepper
Instructions:
Start by cooking your ground beef and chopped onions in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper and cook meat most of the way through. Next add your cabbage, tomatoes, garlic, more salt and pepper and basil. Stir for several minutes then add beef broth. Cover with lid and bring to boil for 20 minutes. Add enough broth so all of the contents in the pan are wet. After 20 minutes uncover and cook off any excess water. Let cool then enjoy!
