Walking Tacos Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb Lean ground beef
- 2 tbsp Taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 Avocado (cubed)
- 2 cup Romaine lettuce (shredded)
- 1 & 1/2 cup Tomatoes (diced)
- 1/2 cup Red onion (diced)
- 1/3 cup Fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 1 bag Siete Grain free “Nacho” chips
- 6 tbsp Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes.
- When the beef is browned, stir the taco seasoning and water into the skillet. Adjust as needed to mix well with the seasoning. Bring to a simmer, then bring down heat and stir fry for a few minutes, until no liquid is left.
- Divide all ingredients among Nacho chip bags, grab a fork, and enjoy!
